What will you do as an Estimator/Sales at Century Security Solutions?

• Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze the project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems.
• Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project.
• Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details.
• Capability to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.

What qualifications should you have?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in security solutions and sales or related field is preferred.
• Estimating experience preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel is required for on-site meetings, client visits, or project-related activities.

What preferred qualifications would be great?

• Organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
